All work requires a deposit of 25% down on placement of the order. Another 25% after the draft is approved by the client. Another 25% upon final approval of the product and the last 25% on the day of delivery.


We use a project management software which provides forums, help tickets and messaging to track all work. If you would like to see the software - it is called -dot project.
